Dubliner Brian Furlong has been playing Guitar, Bass and Whistle for as long as he can remember. His musical journey began with The Billy Barry stage school and performing in pantomime at the The Gaiety Theatre. At 15 years of age he started joining sessions with the likes of Sean Og Mc Kenna and Liam Rowsome and the trad spark became a flame. He has gone on to play with many Irish trad legends. Kevin Glackin comes from a famly whose name is synonymous with Irish traditional music. His father Tom who came from West Donegal was one of a small bunch of musicians that helped keep traditional music alive in Dublin during the fifties and sixties. He began playing fiddle aged 6 and by his late teens Kevin was in big demand as a performer and teacher. Kevin is currently involved in different musical projects in various areas such as recording, performing, and education. He currently lectures at the conservatory of music and drama, D.I.T on traditional music performance.
